Joanna obtained her degrees in Law and International Studies from Macquarie University. Following her undergraduate studies, she completed her Practical Legal Training under the guidance of seasoned professionals. She was admitted to practice law in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in August of 2020, and she is a registered member of the New South Wales Law Society.
